How to Make Tea, Coffee and Cocoa Unhealthy Drinks

There are many healthy drinks that have been shown to possess significant health benefits. Tea, coffee and cocoa all possess high levels of antioxidants. The high levels of antioxidants in these drinks may be the reason for the health benefits observed by research. For example, regular consumption of these drinks has been shown to cause benefits to both mental and physical health. However, adding sugar to these drinks can reduce their beneficial effects because sugar is known to be particularly detrimental to the health and can be a cause of weight gain, cancer, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. So are there any overall health benefits if you consume tea, coffee or cocoa with sugar? This is difficult to answer and might depend on a number of factors such as activity levels, other components of the diet or genetic factors. Certainly, sugar is easy to over consume when added to a liquid. To be sure that these drinks remain healthy, they should always be consumed without sugar.
