Cost A Lot for Coffee

Evidence suggests that coffee is a healthy drink and that regular consumption is beneficial to the health. Coffee is high in polyphenolic antioxidants and this may explain the health benefits of drinking it. Filter coffee is thought to provide the best health effects as it is the least processed form of coffee, having effectively transferred the contents of the coffee bean directly to hot water via a filter. However, instant coffee can also provide antioxidants and may have significant health benefits from the caffeine it contains. Another form of coffee, the sort that is available in coffee shops as a take away drink may also have health effects as it contains the contents of the coffee bean. However, the health effects of coffee are dependent on the way it is drunk, and in their regard, take away coffee is much more likely to have sugar added to it than instant or filter coffee because of the way the lifestyle that surrounds its consumption. In effect, these types of coffee are overpriced coffee flavored sugar water, and therefore likely the least healthy form of coffee.
